Yes,with these score in NEET you will be able to get a government seat for BDS.As per last year's cutoff 400 and above was considered a safe score for SC candidate to get a government seat for BDS through state quota.It's quite difficult to get government seat through 15% All India quota but you will surely be able to get it through 85% State level quota.

As you have not mentioned your state so its difficult to predict BDS college with your score.Wait till the official cutoff list gets released you will get more clearer view.
