Hello shreekanth, In government colleges no such method is applied. Jee marks are just to take addmission in government colleges. Fees remains same as of other students. But you may get scholerships as per you cast category and marks.  But in private colleges fees are reduced as per the marks in jee. While it also consider the marks in board exams. But this is totally depend on the college you are applying.
