No, there are other entrance exams available as well to get Admission for the B.tech course. It depends on colleges as many Colleges have their own Entrance exam like BITSAT, VITEEE, SRMJEE etc. Most of the Colleges accept the jee main score but if it is advisable to first check the admission criteria of the college before taking any decision.
JEE mains is national level entrance exam conducted for admission in various engineering colleges in India for B.Tech course.But it is not the only exam for admission in B.Tech courses.There are several other exams in which you can appear like :
BITSAT
VITEEE
COMEDK
KCET
AP EAMCAT
OJEE
WBJEE
UPSEE
