There are universities which provides this course. BHU is one of the famous university. The duration for the course is 2-3 years and fees will be 15k and it is a full time course.

You can join any performing arts college or university. It is not necessary to do diploma. Yo can join any other under graduate program too.

fees will range from 15k to 10 lakhs with a span duration of 3 months to 3 years. There are lots of other colleges too. You can search for them in google browser. You will get all the details. On the part of duration, it will depend on what course you join or the college you join.
