You may pursue Environmental Engineering from some of the Top IITs like IIT Bombay, IIT ISM Dhanbad or many other Top Institutes. You have a lot of opportunities after a degree in Environmental Engineering. You may target placements with Top Mining, Chemical and Metal Industries, you may pursue Masters or Doctoral Degree from some of the Top Universities in Environmental Science & Engineering like UNSW or Stanford, or may plan appear for Government Examinations like GATE, CAT,UPSC CSE etc. Most of the PSUs like NMDC, Coal India, Hindustan Copper, SAIL, BARC once in a while open for Environmental Engineers.
