FIRST OFF ALL ALL THE TO ALL THOSE BROTHERS AND SISTERS APPEARING FOR CLASS 12 BOARDS THIS YEAR.

So gone are those days when people used to say commerce is for the FOOLS. At present it is commerce that rules the world. I’m doing my B com from one of the reputed collages in Chennai and also pursing my CMA course from RR academy Chennai. Honestly speaking doing B com alone does not have a good value. Bcom is damn easy be it Madras university or for that case any university across India. So with my experience I request all to pursue any of the professional courses available for commerce be it

1. CA
2. ACS
3. CMA (ICWA)
4. ACCA
5. CIMA
6. CPA
7. CFA
8. LAW (LLB)
9. MFM (masters in finance management)

Personally i do not feel doing Mcom or MBA after under grad because MBA should be pursued only from the IIMs and XLRI or any other top rated B-schools.

Mcom would lead only to one opening that is teaching career which may or may not suit you.

So with my limited knowledge i request all to do any of the above mentioned courses if you are particularly interested to have a career in FINANCE.

Some may have aspiration to do UPSC. In that case you can pursue coaching for that in any of the academys avilable.

Do not waste your time in BCOM ALONE.
