I am afraid there is no college in west bengal that provides BSc Anaesthesia Technology. Colleges that provide admission in Bsc Anaesthesia are :

AIIMS , Delhi

Aligarh Muslim University (UP)

MGMIHS , Mumbai

IGMC , Shimla

AFMC , Pune

You can apply in University of Health Sciences , Kolkata for Bsc in operation theatre technician course.
