Jadavpur University is a State University of West Bengal and thus the admission is done through WBJEE.
So, if you want to get into Jadavpur, first sit for WBJEE.
To get into JU, you need to get a rank under 1500, If you are going for Electronics, CSE, Mechanical, Civil, Instrumentation etc., then you need a very decent score, your rank should be under 600–700. But, if you want to get in IT, Power, Printing, Construction -etc then scoring under 1200–1500 will be enough.

You can apply for Jadavpur university through WBJEE.
In order to be eligible you Should have passed ‘10+2’ or equivalent exam with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects with at least 60% (45% for reserved category students) aggregate marks in the three subjects taken together and the candidates should also have obtained individual pass marks (both in theory & practical where ever applicable) in each of the subjects mentioned above and with at least 30 % marks in English.
