Yes. Only aiims and jipmer,, conducts their own entrance exam for admission to mbns seats..rest all other admission to all other colleges would be done on the basis of marks and rank obtained by candidate in neet ug exam..

AIIMS and JIPMER conduct their own entrance exams separately. You can try for them. However, competition there is much more than in NEET.
