If you have been allotted a seat through the state counselling is Maharashtra (For admission to MBBS and BDS courses) and you have accepted the seat, you will have to report to that college/ institute. If you dont join the college, the security deposit will not be refunded to you. If you aim for a better college, you should still report to the allotted institute and apply for up gradation in subsequent rounds of counselling.
