Yes you will be able to make changes in the examination center once the correction window opens 1 week after the submission date is over. So you can wait for the correction window and then make changes to you examination center.

Dear Wani, when the correction window opens from January 14th, you can make changes to your NEET application and you ca also change your Exam centre options. Please select your exam centres in the order of your preference. And please also remember that you can only use the correction window once so make all the necessary changes at a time.
