Yes you can change your information which you filled while application form fill up. Board will open NEET correction window   in january 15th  and last date is january 31st. You have 15 days time. you can do correction in that perios. Check your application form throughly and look if you have done any mistake. keep them noted and write the correct information by the side of it and confirm it.

After that go for correction. You can't correct it as many times you want. Once it is changed and submitted it won't be open again to do correction. so please be cautious and correct it.
