The scholarship rules are different for different scholarships. So it depend in which scholarship scheme you have applied. You have not mentioned the name of scholarship for which you want to apply.

However Commonly there is no such rule for scholarship that if you got the scholarship in one graduation course you can not take for other.

if you take two scholarship at the same time it is not permissible for many scholarship schemes.
