There are many many scholarships for students whose financial conditions are adverse
If a student gets selected in iims and has income statement less than what's considered good
Aditya Birla Scholarship: This merit-based scholarship is given to PGP students of both the first and the second years. The students who are granted the scholarship during the first year are eligible to apply for renewal in the second year, provided they belong to the top 25% of the batch in the first year. The scholarship amount is INR 1.75 lakh per student.

Hi Kiran,
No basically, basis on your CAT percentile you can't get any scholarship but yes the colleges provides, atleast all top IIMS or top B-SCHOOLS provides scholarships. But they has their own term to provide the scholarship to the respective students that can only tell the college where you will get admission.
