Dear candidate, you can visit the official website of BHU and ICAR conducted by NTA for the mock tests. However,the mock tests given there are very limited in number.
You can go through the previous years papers and subscribe to a coaching institute for the same. Mock test papers are available in the market,you can go through them.

Arihant Publication releases fresh books every year for the same,you can go through them and practice.

For ICAR,go through R.Gupta's popular master guide.
