No, it is not mandatory to wear uniform in all colleges of IP university. It depends only on the college. You can wear casuals, formal dress or whatever you want to, but in some colleges of IP university, there is a code of conduct for uniform on some days of the week. You have to wear white shirt and black trousers on such days.
For example, in VIPS college of IP university, it is mandatory to wear uniform 2 days a week. They have different uniform days for different courses.
