Reservation for the OBC seats (Non-Creamy Layer) will be according to the rules of the Government of India. The person must meet all the financial conditions stated by the centre to ensure he or she does not belong to the creamy layer.  The format which is provided at the end of the AIIMS Prospectus has a specific certificate which has to be produced during counseling and should NOT be any older than a maximum of ONE Year on date of First Counseling.
