Hope you are doing good. According to your question, the answer is NO. Delhi University doesn't offers bachelor as well as master courses related to fashion designing. There are many colleges which come under the delhi government, you can check once. Like NIFT, delhi pearl academy. And there are many other colleges outside,  like Amity noida, SID pune etc.

Hi, I'm sorry to inform that Delhi University does not offer bachelor courses/degree in fashion designing.

As per your query DU does not offer any bachelor degree in the field of fashion designing .But if you are highly interested in this field then there are many private colleges in Delhi who offers this course .
But I would like to advice you to go for NIFT ,it provide excellent education and environment for the designers and also helps in developing overall personality.
There students successfully placed in many clothing company.And last criteria for admission is entrance exam where they whether candidate is really interested in opted course or not.

Well to be clear with the fact of availing a fashion designing degree by Delhi University, its a No. But the major fact is that instead of direct DU there are Fashion Technology University by Delhi Government only.
1. NIFT, Delhi:
This great Institute was set up by the Ministry of Textiles and by the government of India in 1986. The college gives sufficient contact to students who are absorbed in fashion designing. The NIFT Delhi (https://www.nift.ac.in/delhi/) assists scholars to start their careers in stimulating positions. Students are successfully placed in various vital national and international clothing companies. The ones to apply for admission, Students need to fill the registration form and have to pass an entrance exam. NIFT exam is exhibited just to check out the acquaintance, ability, and skill of candidates towards the programme opted by them.
2. Pearl Academy
It is counted among top colleges of fashion designing. For two successive years, Pearl Academy has been gave as Best Design Institute in India (2016 & 2017) by ASSOCHAM. The college offer scholar, postgraduate and diploma corridors in design, style, media, and commercial or business. Admission is given on the basis of Pearl academy arrival exam.
