There is no entrance test required for BA it's totally on Merit based
>Passed 10+2 in any relevant discipline with minimum 50-60% marks.
>After admission in BA you can apply for B.A Hons from second semester of your course in any subjects you want to take.
> For Hons. make sure you have no backlog in subject during your 1 semester results specially in the subject you want to opt for Hons.
