Hi Asirant!

Yes, there can be some fee deduction but it will not on the basis of fee waiver terms rather it will be as scholarship on the basis of your family income and your rank.This thing can also be achieved by get in touch with college authorities(by knowing about the option ) or by applying in National Scholarship Programme.
