Yes, You can get admission in West Bengal private Colleges through managment quota as all colleges have some reserve seats for managment quota.so, Students who had not applied wbjee or not qualified in wbjee can take admission through managment quota.

No, it's not possible to take admission in any of the Colleges under WBUT (MAKAUT), without having Rank in WBJEE or JEE Main, not through Management Quota as well.However, you can take admission in Private Universities of West Bengal, like JIS University, UEM, Adamas University etc. by taking their Entrance Test.
