Hi Anna,
Yes, there is a seat consideration for OBC in every medical exam which includes AIIMS as well. According to the AIIMS MBBS prospectus, 2019, there are a total of 1207 seats out of which 324 are reserved for OBC. So let's hope for the best.

In every educational institution reservation is as per government advised. There is OBC and even other category reservation for seats in AIIMS. And you will get your seat according to your category rank and you will be considered only on your category rather than other. So yes there is OBC consideration in AIIMS.
