I am happy that you asked this question so early.since no college has started Thier counselling yet.
Usually no government college has management quota except few.
I would recommend you to keep your options open and keep searching. You can always find management quota in private colleges.

There is no such management quota in NITs as they are state-funded colleges always keep this in mind there is no other way to get admission in NITs other than jee mains scores.
