Yes Lovely Professional University does provide MSc. in Hotel Management. It is a 2 years course and the admission is through LPU NEST. Also to be eligible for this programme you must score a minimum of 50% in your bachelor's degree. 

LPU also provides PhD in Hotel Management, both part time and full time for a minimum duration of 3 years. The admission is through LPU NEST followed by a personal interview. Also to be eligible for this programme you must score a minimum of 55% in your master's degree.
