MCA I feel would not be right. However even for MCA you may have to appear for an entrance exam. Well GATE is one exam and you didnt apply so no issue. The others are held state wise like Karnataka PGCET, AP PGECET, TANCET - for the state ones the domicile criteria may be one deterrent. There is BITS HD, VITMEE and SRMJEE PG to name a few other entrances. ISM Dhanbad also holds the ISMEE for non GATE Candidates. There is ISI Kolkata which also offers M.Tech. Without an entrance exams - it is a bit tough to suggest any master course as most have it as an eligibility criteria. If you go for an M.Sc in CS, you will need to appear for an entrance exam. So avoiding one will be a problem. Check all these options and get back if you need any further clarifications.
