Hello,
No there is not any problem if you fold your admit card but remember one thing that you should not tear it.I will recommend you to laminate it because it will be used in future at the time of counselling or admission.

No there is no problem even if you fold jee main admit card. But take care that it doesn't get tear from the folded portion.
