No, there is no provision to register for second round in Telangana NEET UG Counselling. So you cannot apply for the counselling if you haven't registered for first round you cannot register as fresh candidate in second round. The candidates who have registered in first round need to exercise one time web options. The web options exercised in the first round will be considered for all rounds and the options cannot be modified. The seat will be allotted based on the preferences of the institute, seat availability, merit and the category of the candidate.
