If you meant Ex-Servicemen Quota, there is 5% horizontal reservation in Delhi State Quota Counselling. The priority is given based on the Categories as listed:

• Priority 1: Wards/widows of defense personnel killed in action
• Priority 2: Wards of disabled in action
• Priority 3: Wards/widows of defense personnel who died while in service with death attributable to military service
• Priority 4: Wards/widows of those who were disabled while in service with death attributable to military service
• Priority 5: Wards of Ex-servicemen and those in service and are in receipt of Gallantry awards
• Priority 6: Wards of Ex-servicemen
• Priority 7: Wives of those who were disabled while in service
• Priority 8: Wards of Serving Personnel
• Priority 9: Wives of Serving Personnel

For Students who are Son/Daughter of Ex-army men there is definately a quota for them which is to be filled at the time of counselling of the state quota of Delhi and several other states also.
