Anyway, you need to check if the institute is approved by NCTE(National Council of Teacher Training), for that you need to go to the official website of NCTE-

Under 'Database', you will find recognized institutions, click on 'Eastern Regional Committee', you will get all the states of Eastern Region, now click on 'Odisha', you'll get number of courses, choose 'BEd', you'll get the list of approved institutes.
