Yes,  it is important to carry the Transfer certificate with yourself at the time of counselling. You can submit it at the time of your admission in case you forgot to bring it. The documents would be a transfer certificate from your school. A medical certificate from a certified doctor, Your 12th marksheet, some affidavits, etc.
