UPSEE is conducted by Abdul Kalam Technical University for it's state level entrance examination. The candidates will select their desired centres while filling the application form. 

Last year the exam was held in 49 cities, 41 of which are situated in Uttar Pradesh itself. The other 8 were spread across the country.

The candidates will be allowed seats on the basis of their choices and availability of the seats across the centres.

So to answer your question yes UPSEE will have a centre of examination in Delhi. So, you don't have to worry about going to another centre for giving the exam.

However there are some key points that you need to keep in mind.

• The application process has begun from January 23 and you must complete your application by 15th March 
• You can correct the application form too in case of any mistake which will be open till April 3.
• Choose your preferred exam centre carefully.
• Once an exam centre is allowed there will not be any provision to change it.
• The exam centre will be mentioned on your UPSEE admit card.
