Yes, the zip or pocket allowed in trouser as well as t shirt for both male and female candidates.

As the basic dress code for neet include:

• A shirt or a half sleve t-shirt.
• A simple trouser. 

As they have not mentioned nothing like that with pocket or not. So have a chill pill and wear it confidently.
