I allowed seat in cap 2 but I float this option and fill cap 3 but seat is not allowed in any college can I get admition in seat alwd incap2

Hello there. Since in the case of float you have already taken admission for the seat allocated in second round so due to that that seat is still with you. You need not to worry if you had appeared for second round counseling and paid the fees at that time.
