Yes You can do masters in aeronautical engineer by doing Btech in IT

The preferred undergraduate courses, for admission to M. Tech. Aerospace Engineering are B. Tech/B.E. in Aerospace/ Aeronautical/ Avionics/ CSE/ ECE/ Mech/ EEE/ EIE.
