You shoukd go for Masters from UsA with GRE and TOEFl scores into advanced courses where you can conduct research and have wide exposure to particular field and get top job opportunities

You can alternatively appear from online portals for overseas jobs ljke Execunet, Headhonchos, IIMjobs etc.
