See there is nothing like free seat instead there are various scholarship schemes provided by colleges through which the top students get there fee reimbursed in their account. So for this you have to contact the respective college.

Now it is not possible to provide you an exact list of colleges based on your rank because cut-off keeps on changing depending upon various factors such as :

** Number of candidates appeared for examination.

** Top score for that particular year.

** Total number of seats available.
