Since you scored a rank which is below 10,000 you are eligible for getting Full fee reimbursement from the government irrespective of your caste category.

1) But your parents income should be less than 1 lakh ,

2) you need to join a college through convenor quota (rank based)

3) should maintain 75% attendance in order to get Full fee reimbursement.
