with such a score you are very much an average scorer and with this much percentage getting a good college in the University of Delhi, New Delhi is difficult. You being an other backward caste can get you a college in the universities south campus or an off campus college in one of the last or clearing cutoffs released If seats remain vacant in the course you prefer to get admitted in.
