I've got 91 percentile in Jee paper 2, I'm a Muslim women. What are my chances that I will get admission in B.arch, Jamia Millia Islamia?

We can only provide you with the range of marks that can get you admission into JMI, Delhi for B.Arch.
In 2017, it was about 150+ for Muslim category. So if the same trend continues, then you ought to have a score of atleast  160 or 170 to get B.Arch. in JMI.
