Considering your neet score and sc category , it's difficult to tell exactly whether you can get admission or not as the cutoffs vary every year depending on several factors.

According to previous year cutoffs, you have  very less chance to get seat for mbbs program under sc category in government qouta as the lowest cutoff in Tamil Nadu state qouta last year was 321. You can try management qouta but the chances are very few.

This year the cutoff is expected to be much more than 321.

May be you can go for private institutions and deemed universities.
