Generally in any institution or office such kind of screenshort are not found valid or not accepted as every office or institute has some rules and dignity .

And providing hardcopy of your documents there increase the value if it and it's generally get acceptable too.

So, as you have the screenshorts I will suggest you to go and scan them and after that just take out its print on sheets. Or you can convert it into a pdf file and tgen take its print easily.
