Generally University of Delhi takes around 10-15 days to make the refund if you're not taking admission in any further college of du. Beacuse what they generally fo is tranfer the amount to the next college you may seek admission in after the next cutoff. Whereas I'm aware if the refund  process of DU is very reliable and the amount is surely to come back.
