The cutoff of all the Medical colleges of Delhi is quite high. Last year also most of the government medical colleges had cutoff of 550 to 560+ or even more than that in state quota. And for All India Quota it's much more. For private colleges also the cutoff is high. This year the cutoff may increase. So you don't have much chance.
