Dear aspirant,
As you have mentioned that you have secured 230 marks in jee advanced and taking into consideration that you are expecting a rank of 600 do definitely you should go ahead with iit bombay.
But if you want non core branches only like cse ece it then you need to fill other colleges too like kgp, kanpur , Guwahati,roorkee and other parallel ones.

First of all, Congratulations to you that you have done such a good performance in JEE advanced. With 600 rank, you could get any IITs. With your rank, I think you should go for older IITs. You can fill choices of IITs in this order:
