With such a rank and OBC quota , you can almost get every college but not all the branches . You would also get some top NITs like NIT Surathkal,NIT Warangal , NIT Calicut , NIT Rourkela and MNIT Allahabad . But you would not get a very good branch in such top NITs.  You can get CSE and IT in NIT Jalandhar, IIEST Shibpur , NIT Silchar . If you can satisfy yourself with a decent branch in good Colleges like NIT Jamshedpur, NIT Bhopal , MNIT Jaipur , VNIT Nagpur and SVNIT , then are the best colleges for you .
