Hello, this can be true but this also depends on various factors like number of students giving the exam and number of students filling the branch , college , seat matrix and category seat ,etc .
So, it can't be easily said that how much this will effect the cutoffs.
Do apply for Jossa counseling and then for Csab counseling which takes place after Jossa counseling.

Yes there will be some effect on the cutoffs but that is in the very lower part, that is the colleges in the low rankings might have some reflections with the change in the number of applicants. For the top colleges, where the demand is very high, there might not be any considerable change for the decrease in number of students.
