There is no cutoff for distinct streams by college. In general, they will consider up to a 10 lakh- If you fall into a reservation category, it will be extremely beneficial to you because it will allow you to apply to more colleges.

Wait until the counselling session begins. Prior to the first round of counselling, the college will publish a cutoff list for each stream. Pune has a plethora of engineering schools. There will be a plethora of admission options available to you.
