its really difficult to predict the cutoff before the examination happens. see as per the previous years closing rank and students confessions you need to score 220+ to get a seat In iiits if you are from general category. 180+ marks if you are from obc. however if this years question becomes easy cutoff may goes more high. so study well and give your best shot.

That depends upon various factors such as your category, your gender, your home state, the IIITs you are aiming for and the branch in those IIITs that you are aiming for.

For a normal case, any marks above 180 can ensure admission in admission in atleast one IIITs.
