I got 78 marks in jee mains 2nd attempt. is any nit iiit government college for me in obc ncl category

As you have got 78 marks in JEE mains, your percentile will be around 75-80 and your general rank will be in between 262000. And you category rank will be around 55000. Getting a seat will depend on various factors such as number of students applied for the same branch, performance of the students, category of the students, home state etc.
With this rank it will be difficult for you to get government seats or any top NIT or IIIT.
