Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education & Research, Puducherry  (JIPMER) is located in Gorimedu, Dhanvantari Nagar . It has been ranked 4th in Medical. CMC Ludhiana is one of the top private medical colleges of the country, and ranked 7th in Medical. It has been ranked at 18th position by NIRF in 2019. College's placement cell is quite good. Based on students academic records, internships are generally provided. Most of the students are recruited by the college itself and other hospitals. Average package is about 6-7 lakhs per annum.

Both the colleges are good in their respective domains, regarding placements, facilities and teaching. However, JIPMER has higher number of courses offered, and better reviews from alumni too. So considering all the above, I think JIPMER is better. You can go for the college of your choice depending upon the location, fees , etc and other factors.

Hello soundar , From some research on internet I found that JIPMER is better than CMC because JIPMER is mostly equivalent to one of the AIIMS college and we all know that AIIMS are top ranked colleges of India so JIPMER is best.
